Ulysses leads the efforts in building and growing the global business of Softmatter. Previously, Ulysses was the President and CEO of Enbi, a Platinum Equity-owned global manufacturing and engineering company. Prior to that, Ulysses held VP-level business and customer engagement positions at international corporations, including Flex, Logitech, and IBM. Ulysses’ leadership roles have also included General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, and Systems Engineering.

Having completed her BSc in Economics at University College London and her MBA at UC Berkeley. Tiasha currently gives leadership to the marketing function at Softmatter. She has played a key role in developing the Wearable Technology business vertical at MAS - onboarding Fortune 500 companies in the Consumer Technology and Consumer Health domains and positioning MAS as a market leader in the space. In 2021 she was recognized among the 100 top leaders in the US at the Marketing, Advertising and Retail Summit for contribution in the Fashion and Technology sphere.
